What a stunning location. I cannot believe we have not visited Cadgwith before. We were glad to have parking available during our stay, Nathan was particularly brilliant with our welcome and was very kind and friendly. Helen was great looking after us during our evening meal - letting us know about the local fish and her homemade desserts. A great family run business that felt very homely. We had great views of the sea and the boats, I’m not sure who arranged the weather but it was perfect for an evening sat outside with great wine and beer selections. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day ahead visiting The Lizard. A beautiful stop for those walking the coastal path.

We went to get and experience a traditional Cornish village by the sea in a little out of the way Cove and we certainly got it. We watched the fishermen bringing their catch in and the boats being dragged on to the shingle. Then in the morning we were lucky enough to watch them go out again by help of a tractor. Garry and Helen are excellent hosts and have thought of everything. A great breakfast in the morning as well to set us up for the day. Use the car park as you come down the hill on the left or you may regret it.

Cadgwith is beautiful, and the Cadgwith Cove Inn is right at the heart of it. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a beautiful walk down from the carpark. The view from the bedroom was lovely and we slept with the window open to hear the sea lap the shore. Food was spectacular, dinner and breakfast. The pub was full of life and clearly had memories all over the walls. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family, and hope to catch the shanties next time.

This is a lovely, characterful inn, with friendly staff - and excellent beer. It was great to be right in the heart of the village, on the coastal path route. Our room suited our needs for a one-night stopover, and had a nice view of the cove. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Their signature chowder deserves it high reputation! Being there on Friday evening, for the Cadgwith Singers, was a wonderful bonus.

Cadgwith Cove Inn is super cozy with newly renovated rooms. The beds are comfy and everything is spotlessly clean. The family who run it are friendly and helpful and the seafood at the restaurant is next level! The fact that they have their own car park is a bonus in this little town. Try and stay on a Friday night to see the local fishermen singing sea shanties at the bar.
